Rick Harper

Director

Rick Harper served for over 30 years as a university campus minister in Atlanta, Georgia, USA. In that time, he helped build Globalscope, an international network of student ministries. He continues to invest in young people internationally through his work at Harbor Horizons.

Ralph Stussi

CFO

Ralph retired in September 2019 from his job as Region VP of Finance for US Foods, Inc. With three grandkids formerly in Budapest, now living in Fayetteville, four more currently overseas in Germany and a wife vibrant as Lacene,  retirement has kept Ralph busier than ever. He is excited to use his business background to help the team.

TIM HAWKINS

Board Member and Advisor

Tim is a distinguished leader known for his ability to foster unity and drive positive change in organizations. He has a proven history of motivating teams and implementing long-term strategic initiatives, consistently turning vision into real outcomes. He excels at securing funding to enhance impact, promoting innovation, and nurturing a culture of mutual respect.

Naomi Kouns

Board Member

Naomi was a long-time Christian Missionary Fellowship director who helped start Globalscope and worked together with Georgia Tech Christian Campus Fellowship campus minister Rick Harper to form a partnership that would allow recent Georgia Tech graduates who were interested in serving internationally to launch new campus ministries. The first of these was El Oasis, which was started in Mexico City

Philip Linkous

Board Member

Philip serves as regional coordinator for Globalscope ministry teams in Uruguay, Chile, and Mexico. He is passionate about supporting teams, fostering healthy and empowered ministries, and seeing God’s kingdom expand as these ministries thrive and multiply across Latin America.
